Due to the pool not being open in the evening, we are not having any scheduled workouts at this time.

We offer practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM, at the Kailua Park District Pool and an ocean swim on Fridays from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM starting at the Kailua Boat Ramp.
